During the 90's many websites were created that contributed for the change in how digital arts was viewed, turning into a more more economical and political for of communication, and with that people started to expand the website domains in order to the internet turn to less corporate-centered by monopolizing the domains, suggested my the name.space theory. With that, web stalkers and hackers surged in the internet community with the intention of protesting against the "internet laws". Some other web artist also revolutionize how the digital world is today by influencing and suggesting people to create frames within frames combining with new types of texts and images. Also during that period website, Desktop Is was created where people screenshot their desktop page with the intention of demonstrating their own character. It was said that the home screen was the artist’s own personal revelations. All these 90's inventions for sure influenced how the digital world is and it was transformed into an expression tool for everyone in the world.
